Welcome to FitZen 4 Women. What we do is in the name; Fit = In good health, especially because of regular physical exercise, Zen = Peaceful, calm. I design each workout to bring you a balance of both. With a variety of formats, you'll find new ways to challenge your body increasing strength, range of motion, flexibility and balance.This is not your ordinary gym. We create a community where we support one another here. If you're looking for a place to unapologetically move your body, speak your mind and nurture your spirit, this may be the place for you.
Something for everyone
Need a personal approach to your workout? 1:1 training may work for you. Together we will create the best workout plan for your body. Nutritional support and accountability comes with the program. Duet sessions are also available. Let's do this! Contact me for more information.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Small group training is personal training a a fraction of the cost. Our in person class sessions will remain between 2-8 members. You'll get a great workout with a great group of like minded individuals.
